Services

Advice to parties in property transactions has historically been the bulk of business for Savills Sweden and that is still the case. Savills offers advice in both sales processes and in investments. The transactions have involved commercial property such as offices, retail, storage, manufacturing and flats. Geographically, the properties that have been sold are spread over most of Sweden , with a concentration in Stockholm and the three other larger cities.

The team

For every transaction a specific team is formed including an experienced project leader and people with the necessary skills to lead the project to a successful closing. The teams are instructed to work in close cooperation with our clients in order to ensure the fulfilment of their expectations.
