Geographically, the properties are spread over most of Sweden, with a concentration to Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmoe. The transaction team work closely with our clients in sales transactions and acquisitions. Valuation and analysis

Quality in valuation and relevant market analysis are corner stones in the property industry. Savills offers advanced property valuation and analysis services based on a combination of high skills level and decades of experience, and intimate understanding of the value drivers of the industry. Our staff is sensitive for the individual needs of our clients, while still maintaining a high degree of integrity. Due to this combination, we are able to carry out analysis, simulations of portfolios, valuations and market analysis etc., in a very efficient manner, without jeopardising the quality of the work.
