Sales and investments
Savills Sweden offers advisory services in sales and acquisitions of commercial property. The services comprise strategic advice, analysis and evaluation and management of the sales process. In investments we offer services that are tailor made for the specific needs of each client, of which the most common are evaluation of proposals, market analysis and commercial due diligence. We bring creative ideas, and vast experience of property and company deals, to enhance the value of property related transactions for buyers and sellers. We also assist in making and evaluating offers and structured finance deals.
