Savills Sweden strengthen its team

Savills Sweden is expanding its business with three new members of the team.

Mattias Bülow has been recruited from Tenant & Partner where he has led property transactions and tenant representation projects. At Savills, he will focus on property transactions and related projects.

Richard Wollter has worked with property auditing and analysis at KPMG and will primarily manage the financial aspects of property and property companies transactions.

Tomas Henrikson , with several years of experience within property investments from e.g. AP Fastigheter (now Vasakronan), will generate and manage transactions.

Savills will also include asset management and letting as new services in the Swedish property market, as well as continue to strengthen both its transaction team and its valuation team.
