Savills Sweden further strengthens Corporate Finance team

Savills has appointed Håkan Carlberg as Senior Advisor in order to increase competence and resources in property related financing.

Håkan has a solid track record within the banking industry, and prior to Savills held a position at Royal Bank of Scotland as head of Nordic Real Estate Finance. Before joining RBS, Håkan has established Swedish branches for the German property lenders Deutsche Hyp and Eurohypo as well as held positions within FastighetsRenting and property consultant Newsec.

Håkan will advise Savills clients in larger property transactions, company deals and property financing. Through Håkan, Savills will have access to a vast network of key people in the banking industry and extended experience from a multitude of various financing arrangements and transactions.
