Förvaltaren sell part of Ursvik
Förvaltaren Fastighets AB, the property company of Sundbybergs municipality, sell part of their land holdings in Ursvik, a new housing area in Sundbyberg, close to Kista. The buyer is Ikano Bostaden AB who acquires a total land area of approximately 16,750 sqm .
The land area corresponds to three blocks, block 5, 6 and 14 which are intended for residential use. Ikano are planning for approximately 350 apartments in the area. The closing date is estimated to 2012 and the first tenants are scheduled to move in around 2014.
